The rules and expectations for using freemoval.org.

Welcome to Freemoval. These Terms of Service govern your use of freemoval.org (the “Site”) and any related services provided by LoadUp Technologies, LLC (“LoadUp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates Freemoval as a social impact program. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Freemoval is a social impact program of LoadUp Technologies, LLC, a nationwide technology-enabled junk removal marketplace. The mission of Freemoval is to make responsible disposal accessible to all by subsidizing junk removal in disadvantaged communities, funded primarily through round-up contributions from LoadUp customers.
Freemoval is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Contributions to Freemoval are not tax-deductible. Contributions are processed by LoadUp Technologies, LLC and used to subsidize junk removal services for qualifying recipients.
You may use freemoval.org for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. Specifically:
(a) Public resource use. The disposal guides, city pages, and item pages on freemoval.org are public resources. You may share links to these pages, reference the information for personal use, and use the information to make disposal decisions.
(b) Prohibited uses. You agree not to: (i) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (ii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its supporting systems; (iii) interfere with the operation of the Site or its security features; (iv) scrape, harvest, or mass-download Site content for commercial purposes; (v) use automated means to access the Site beyond reasonable web browsing; (vi) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (vii) impersonate Freemoval or LoadUp; or (viii) use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
We work hard to keep the information on freemoval.org accurate and up-to-date. However, disposal rules, fees, programs, and contact information change frequently at the city, state, and federal level. The information on this Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Always verify current rules with your local authority before relying on disposal information.
You should not rely solely on Freemoval’s information for legal compliance, environmental compliance, or financial decisions. Consult appropriate professionals (attorneys, environmental consultants, tax advisors) for specific situations.

Contributions are not tax-deductible. Freemoval is a social impact program of LoadUp Technologies, LLC, not a 501(c)(3) charity. Contributions cannot be claimed as charitable deductions on your taxes.
Use of contributions. 100% of round-up contributions and direct contributions are used to subsidize junk removal services for qualifying recipients. Pickups are invoiced at the same standard market rates LoadUp charges any commercial customer for equivalent work, with no separate fundraising overhead deducted from contributions before they reach pickups.
No refunds for completed contributions. Once a contribution is processed and applied to a subsidized pickup, refunds are generally not available. If you contributed in error or have a billing dispute, contact hello@freemoval.org within 30 days and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Round-up contributions at LoadUp checkout. When you book a paid pickup with LoadUp Technologies, LLC at goloadup.com, you may have the option to round up your purchase to the nearest dollar (or higher) to fund Freemoval subsidized pickups. Round-up contributions are optional, opt-in only, and clearly disclosed at checkout. Round-ups are subject to the same Terms as direct contributions.
Payment processing. Contributions are processed by Stripe. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing. We don’t store your credit card information, payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
Subsidized pickups are provided by LoadUp Technologies, LLC. When Freemoval funds are applied to subsidize a junk removal pickup, the pickup is performed by LoadUp’s network of independent contractor “loaders” or LoadUp partners. LoadUp’s standard service terms apply to all pickups, whether paid in full, partially subsidized, or fully subsidized.
Eligibility for subsidized pickups is determined by LoadUp based on factors including geographic service availability, household need (where applicable), and program funding levels. LoadUp may modify eligibility criteria at its discretion. Receiving a subsidized pickup does not create an ongoing entitlement to future pickups.
Service limitations. Freemoval’s subsidized pickup service is limited to items LoadUp normally accepts under standard service terms. Hazardous materials, items requiring specialized handling (asbestos, biohazards, large quantities of hazardous waste), and items LoadUp’s service network cannot accommodate are not eligible for Freemoval subsidies.
The content on freemoval.org, including text, graphics, logos, design, and the “Freemoval” brand, is owned by LoadUp Technologies, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may: link to freemoval.org, share links on social media, and reference our public resource guides for personal use.
You may not: reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission. Republishing our city guides or item pages on commercial websites is not permitted.
Trademark. “Freemoval” and the Freemoval logo are trademarks of LoadUp Technologies, LLC. “LoadUp” and “GoLoadUp” are also trademarks of LoadUp Technologies, LLC.
Our disposal guides reference and link to third-party services (Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, Best Buy, PaintCare, Stripe, and many others). We don’t control these third parties, and their inclusion on Freemoval doesn’t constitute endorsement. We aren’t responsible for the content, services, or practices of third-party websites or organizations linked from freemoval.org. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.
FREEMOVAL.ORG IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of information.
We don’t guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the disposal information on the Site. You use Freemoval at your own risk.
Specifically:
· Disposal advice is informational. Always verify current rules with your local solid waste authority before disposing of items based on Freemoval guidance.
· City and program information changes. Phone numbers, fees, schedules, and program eligibility change frequently. We update as fast as we can but cannot guarantee current accuracy.
· Pricing estimates are approximate. When we cite typical pricing for paid disposal services, those are approximations based on typical market conditions. Your actual price may vary based on location, volume, accessibility, and other factors.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LoadUp Technologies, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use freemoval.org, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event will our total liability for any claim related to your use of freemoval.org exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the total amount of contributions you’ve made to Freemoval in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If those laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers and limitations above may not apply.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoadUp Technologies, LLC, Freemoval, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your: (a) use of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (c) violation of any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to freemoval.org at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may also discontinue or modify the Site, the Freemoval program, or any feature at any time without liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of freemoval.org will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, please contact us at hello@freemoval.org. We’ll make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Your continued use of freemoval.org after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LoadUp Technologies, LLC regarding your use of freemoval.org.
